Payment

We will issue you an invoice by email after your class booking request has been confirmed. Please make payment prior to attending the class. We can accept payment by PayNow, bank transfer or cash.

 

Cancellation Policy 

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any class, in which case, participants will be offered another date.

Please provide us with more than 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule any booked class. If a participant cancels a class with fewer than 24 hours notice, we reserve the right to charge in full for the missed class.

ASHI Certified Classes

Upon registering  to attend an ASHI certified class  (Full course or Refresher Plus) we will enrol you on the ASHI Online Theory Programme. Please complete the programme before attendance to the skills class.  If you cancel your attendance from the skills class post enrolment we will require a fee of $50 to be paid to cover the enrolment costs we initially incur.  This payment will be kept as credit for you if you attend a skills class within 60 days of enrolment.
