FIRST AID FOR TEENAGERS

It is never too early to learn first aid and CPR skills.
Our teenage classes are designed for 12 years old and up. We run the courses over two 2-hour sessions to ensure fatigue doesn’t set in!
The focus is on first aid skills but we do also look at the theory behind what we do and why, (depth will determined by the age of the attendees and previous knowledge) to help with application of skills to many varied situations.

Number of Participants
First Aid Tuition requires a minimum of 4 participants to run the class. The maximum class size will be capped at 5 people and we will comply with all government and sector specific SMMs.

Refresher courses
First aid advice changes and we forget skills if we aren't using them frequently, so it is recommended that first aid training be refreshed every 2 years.
